I have been practicing Pilates for over 10 years and am a qualified level 3 Pilates instructor having trained with JPilates in London. I have also undertaken further training to teach Pre and Post natal Pilates as well as Pilates on the reformer and Barre.
I love almost all types of exercise but in particular I love what all types of Pilates can do, not only for your mental well being but also for your body shape. It builds strength, improves mobility, helps to prevent injury and generally makes you feel great.
I would describe my teaching style as fun and up beat. Exercise isn't just about how you feel physically but it's about having fun while you do it.
