Classes are a mixture of classical Pilates and a more dynamic style with lots of variety to keep both body and mind working. Beginner, improver and advanced classes all available.
Developed by Joseph Pilates to work the entire body encouraging coordination between the mind and body whilst strengthening, lengthening and improving posture, body tone and flexibility.
Pilates has 6 principles which are key to movement, they form the foundation to Joseph's method and that which we practice today. Breath, Centre, Concentration, Control, Flow and Precision.
