Saffron Pilates Saffron Walden

Developed by Joseph Pilates originally as a rehabilitative piece of apparatus, Reformer Pilates uses the same principles and techniques as Mat Pilates building strength, flexibility and overall fitness as Mat Pilates.

 

Exercises on the Reformer use a system of springs to create a full body workout that is challenging yet gentle of the body. Great for rehabilitation as well as for stretching, building strength and challenging the body.
